Cody Cardwell has helped us the last few months by doing several projects around my house. He helped me get a patio and a front sidewalk that I have been wanting for over a year now. It is fantastic. We are really enjoying our new area. He also did some handyman projects such as replacing an old toilet and fixing a water spigot for us as well as getting dirt delivered and spread so our patio is level and easy to access. We really appreciate Cody and all the hard work he put in helping us finish our improvement projects. The price was reasonable and Cody was very easy to deal with. Cody Cardwell of Cardwell Contracting poured the most beautiful concrete pad I’ve ever seen. It was cost-effective and excellent quality! He also added a couple loads of topsoil with another local company Kentucky Pride Topsoil. Then, Cody spread out and graded the area so that it would regrow around the new concrete. Excellent work from both companies!
